A stock aircraft called ma bike. Built with 60 of the finest parts, its root part is probeCoreCube.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.3.0.

Build details:
Wheels are frictionless (stock feature with the friction control setting I swear) so the bike can turn at high speed without rolling over. They kind of just glide over the surface if the ground hover wheels
The fins on the side add lift to turn but don’t have control surfaces, they are just horizontal wings.
The wheels on the side add extra grip on the ground while leaning and stop the bottom of the bike from getting damage.
Most of the control comes from SAS wheels that have enough torque to turn the bike sideways to the airflow if I wanted to. They control yaw and roll and pitch.
The power comes from three Juno engines. Its not enough to get the bike off the ground.
When you turn hard enough to the right or the left the wings apply torque from the lift to lean towards that direction so the bike leans automatically into turns. On flat ground the bike is really stable and can pull 7G turns on the ground but its a bit fragile and will break if you try riding rougher ground.
