Takeoff and pitch up to 10-20 degrees with only carrier engines
Coast to ~5.5 to 6.5 km up or when carrier starts to pitch up on its own
start up orbiter ramjets with AG3

Start up carrier rockets with AG4
Gradually pitch up to 45 degrees
Shut off carrier jets when carrier starts to pitch up uncontrollably
