C-23 Vulture II: Fully stock VTOL with a working Tilt-Engine on a hinge

Instructions below

Instructions: Press 3 to undock then immediately bracket ] to switch to the engine vessel. Then hold Q/E to move rotate the engines about the hinge until it docks into the other position. When you undock and redock engine throttle goes to 0 so when u undock/redock press Z once you switch vessel to fire them back up. Also, don’t pitch up too hard for too long or it will mess up. It’s pretty good, just don’t push the limits. Enjoy.
