Description

Aso known as Mechta, this was to be the first probe to crash on the Moon. Instead, it missed and became the first to escape Earth’s gravity and orbit the sun.

A mod rocket called Luna 1. Built with 52 of the finest parts, its root part is probeCoreSphere.

Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.2.2.

This craft is built with the newer Contares, AB Launchers, and TantaresLV mod packs but with the Old Tantares builds. If you update Tantares from the KSP Forum links to Github, it will break your ships and kill your crews.
