Description
More Kerbals need to go into space and so engineers, not wanting to bother building a bigger capsule, just cut the passenger compartment off of an airplane and welded it on top of a rocket. Thery are union welds so they are guaranteed to hold. Guar-on-teed. (TL4)
A stock rocket called Eloi D-III. Built with 29 of the finest parts, its root part is mk1pod.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.4.3.
