Description
The Soviet Premier liked the Ekranoplan plane so much that he wanted it in space! Well, OK. We can do that. It’s a work in progress, though, as it combines all the worse elements of airplanes and spacecraft.
A stock aircraft called Caspian Space Monster (without booster). Built with 169 of the finest parts, its root part is adapterMk3-Size2Slant.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.9.1.

This is a Work In Progress. Taking an Ekranoplan and strapping it to a rocket to send it into space like a shuttle or Buran. The point being, landing on a runway is hard, maybe it’s easier to land on the water because the ocean is a big target.
The challenge I am having is getting it to fly slow enough to touchdown on the water at a slow enough speed. Right now, I can get it to touchdown at 70 to 80 m/s, at which point the front end digs in and the front air intakes are destroyed.
Your suggestions on improving on that are appreciated.
