This is a submersible vehicle which uses thrust for depth control. The engines are placed at a slight offset to the center of mass, which causes a downward torque. This doubles as a very poor plane (mostly because of the engine torque). By the way, I found through experimentation that the density of the
water (approximated through Xenon measurements at sea level) is about 1.0818 tons/m3 (real water is exactly 1.000 tons/m3), so for every cubic meter of your submarine must average 1.0818-ish tons of mass to have a chance of sinking. The bigger the sub, the more insane your mass becomes.
