Description
The ‘Jester’ class satellite was designed and deployed in order to bring the planet full internet/network access. The craft pictured craft includes two propellant stages… first, three Q-10 ‘Puff’ monopropellant engines; second, one 48-7S ‘Spark’ liquid fuel engine. Functions best when placed in a polar orbit, within Kerbin’s SOI.

Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.2.2.
