Description
One of the most legendary bombers of the Second World War, the B-17 was introduced to the USAF in 1938. Although it had a rough start in service, it proved to be an essential aircraft for bombing missions, and many heroic tales of survival have been formed as a result of this robust aircraft.¨¨
