Description

The BAK Billbo goes there and back again, where there is a Laythe ocean. She carries a crew of two and a small external payload. Fire up the RAPIERs, set the nose to 5 degrees, and fly her to orbit; do her right and she’ll be at 100 km with about 6 km dV in the tanks. That’s enough to get her to Laythe, land on the ocean surface, deliver her payload, take off (deploy aft hydrofoils with the 0 key, Up/Down to set angle on all of them), return to Laythe orbit, and fly right back to KSC… without refueling.

0 - Toggle deploy on aft hydrofoils
Up/Down - Adjust deployment angle on canards and hydrofoils
