Description
An improved flying building. This one has rocket-assisted take-off which will fling it to about 10 km altitude, from where it can cruise to its destination. Unlike the first iteration, this version is quite controllable even at dead stick.
Based on a prompt by @Hotel26.
A stock aircraft called BASEF2. Built with 106 of the finest parts, its root part is cupola.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.7.0.
