Description
This is a simple build making an Ariane 5 with Stock part. However there is a version with Procedural fairing who make it look 100% better.
I used a Skipper instead of the Mainsail who I think is meant to be the Vulcain engine used on the Ariane however in Kerbal verse to lift 10T payload you don’t use the Mainsail as I think it will just be overpowered oh and all this for only 30k KerboCredit. FYI this as a low TWR (1.59) at SLT so think horizontal speed read the ascent profile below if you don’t understand what I mean.
Ascent profile: At 100m/s push to 80* degrees and gradually push to 70* 60* before ditching the booster. Than go to 40* and wait until you reach your desired apoapsis (for me between 85km and 100km). Shutdown engine you should have 200 to 300 delta v left in the core stage. Manoeuvre node to circularize and execute. Once in orbit you should have 700 to 900 DV left.
