Ariane 2
The beauty of procedural parts, in real life they only stretched both 2nd and 3rd stage and upgraded the engines on the first stage. In KSP we are not so lucky but procedural make this a bit easier. The 2nd and 3rd stage were stretch and I kept the same Mk-55 Thud engines so you loose a bit of TWR (be patient on launch)
Ascent profile: Go straight up until you reach almost 300m/s and push your gravity turn to 80* degrees push slowly to 70* - 60* ditch the 1st stage and push your angle to 40* than wait for your apoapsis to reach 85km to 95km Shutdown engine. Manoeuvre node if desired and circularize. You should have over 500m/s DeltaV left once in orbit.
Happy flying!
