Description

A stock aircraft called P-38J Lightning. Built with 1129 of the finest parts, its root part is miniFuselage.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.12.2.
If you think this looks like the gondola was made way before or after the tail booms, come here and collect your prize at the front desk, because it is. Original the tail booms where all mk0 and land gear but i gave up on the craft due to corruption and a fuck ton of lag. Eventually i re-did the booms and now we have a functioning plane, and with much less lag to boot.

Throttle controls both rpm and torque to make things easier.
Blade pitch is always controlled by H/N
.
The P-38 also had a lot of variations, including a recon variant, a variant with a Glass nose similar to a b-17 or Mosquito, and a ground radar equipped version. Look out for those being posted like 5 minute after this one.
