Directions:
1. Launch vertically.
2. Once reach apoapsis of 125km you can separate the payload and/or upper stage.
3. Switch to payload and finish orbital injection
4. Switch back to Booster
5. Adjust trajectory with whatever rocket fuel left.
6. Use panther engine in wet mode with any additional Liquid fuel you add to return back to the runway
