F-15E Eagle

.
.
The F-15E is a dual seat variant of the F-15 Eagle. The F-15 is an air superiority fighter developed in the 70’s by McDonnell Douglas for the U.S. Air Force. The aircraft was built to replace the American fighters of the Vietnam war era such as the F-4 which had somewhat of a tough time competing in many air to air roles. The F-15 saw great success in the American Air Force as well as many other Air Forces around the world. These include, South Korea, Japan, and most notably, Israel. The aircraft has seen a relatively large amount of combat with over a hundred aircraft kills and no losses. The aircraft has been used by Israel in wars against many of its neighbors and by the U.S. in the Balkans and the Middle East. The aircraft is also extremely durable, with one notable time having lost an entire wing and still managing to land in one piece.
