The X-32 was Boeing’s submission to the JSF or Joint Strike Fighter competition to find the United State’s next generation multi-role fighter. The aircraft was required to be stealthy and needed to have a VTOL/STOL variant for the US marine core. The competitor to this aircraft was the X-35 from Lockheed Martin. At the end of the competition, Lockheed Martin was awarded the contract to turn their aircraft into the F-35 Lightning. As a result, the 2 X-32s where retired and taken to museums where they will sit, never to fly again.

There seems to be a problem with Spaghetification just after launch. If this is a problem for you, you need to have kerbal joint reinforcements installed. There is not a current working version but there is a working patch here. Follow the instructions provided with the patch and you will be all set.
