Updates:

• Gear action group no longer brakes things when pressed twice.
• Gear action group now toggles antennae on subsequent presses.
• Tail is locked initially, reducing jank durring transport. (this does not change the deployment)

This is the second iteration of my ornithopter! it can easily fly on Kerbin, Laythe, and Eve. (Duna’s atmosphere is too thin for it. yes, I am aware of the irony.)

It has infinite range since it’s two RTG’s produce more power than is consumed.

It’s fairly maneuverable, with a top speed of 20m/s on all body’s and precision translation on all axis.

the craft file also has a decoupler which is perfectly placed so that you can put the Thopter in a MK2 Cargo bay (seen on the right), which is the smallest container it will fit in.

Craft is best served warm with Joolian sun sets.
