In order to complete a successful belly-flop and flip maneuver, you’ll need to make good use of the RCS on SN8. Body flaps will not control SN8 sufficiently so you’ll need to make use of the RCS so that you can maintain good aerodynamic stability during the belly flop.
At apogee, you’ll need to pitch down flat for the belly flop descent but have the nose pitching slightly upwards for stability up until landing so you can flip the vehicle vertically when you re ignite all 3 raptors with 100% gimbal and thrust, manoeuvring the vehicle into a retrograde position.
