Description
A mod rocket called CargoShip Lifter. Built with 402 of the finest parts, its root part is trusslrg-hub-1.
I’m a lot prouder of this ship than I am with most of my space ships. This design came out pretty well for the parts I had available. (sorry for using every mod in the known kerboverse for this). As you can see, this is a simple, boring, cargo ship that would be useful to haul MetallicOre from the polar regions of Laythe to the base near the the equator. Trouble is, it’s a 40 foot long surface ship with tall masts and a deadweight of 68 tons… There is simply no way to get it into orbit! I mean the rocket you would have to build would be immense beyond the contemplation of any sane kerbal! Even using every cheat in the game, there is simply NO WAY you could bring it down mostly intact. Furthermore, the water simulation in KSP sucks so therefore there is no way in hell you could navigate it much of anywhere. So just give up, it’s a fool’s errand! (That can’t possibly be Jool in the background of the photo, no way, no how! it MUST have been doctored somehow.)
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.0.4.
