The second module type of Zvezda moonbase.
This module is the workshop that would be used for maintenance of the base. But more importantly it would have the ability to extract oxygen from lunar soil to cover the base’s air supply requirements, greatly reducing the consumption of supplies delivered from Earth. Additionally, the option to refill the oxidizer on the possible future version of crew transfer vehicle was considered.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.1.2.

Vulkan (2-3 modules per launch)
Modules:
Laboratory and habitation module (2 modules in case of larger crew)

A pressurized manned rover (can also have second, unpressurized rover)
- Power source
A portable nuclear reactor deployed separately (however, all the modules would be able to cover their basic power and heating needs with on-board reactors)
