This craft resulted from a forum thread requesting a career ssto where the highest available engines are Whiplash (no RAPIER) and LV-N Nerv. Big S wing parts are also unavailable.
The craft needed to be able to bring a small mk2 cargo bay and a mk2 passenger cabin into a retrograde orbit. An early, 3 engine version of the craft was rejected on account of taking too long to reach orbit. This one has 5 motors and even in retrograde, can reach MECO in 10-11 minutes.
