Built for the liquid fuel ssto challenge, which requires minimum capacity of 4 pax.
There is a little elevon at front which raises nose slightly - it is pre-deployed to assist takeoff, but can be toggled with action group 1 - you probably want it retracted for most of the flight on jet power, to keep her from climbing too steep and keep down to an altitude where the engine can make power. Deploy the flap again when you light the nukes, since you are no longer trying to keep down.
Action group 3 toggles nukes
