1 Toggle electric engines
2 Toggle Cutlass engines to closed cycle
3 Toggle cargo Bay doors
7 Toggle Vernor RCS thrusters
8 and 9 rotate electric engines to VTOL or regular flying configuration
For getting into Orbit from kerbin: Turn on SAS and RCS turn off Vernor thrusters using #7 action group. Throttle up to full power. turn on electric motors using #1 action group. get as high up as you can until right before the electric engines overheat then turn them off. Turn on the Vernor thrusters when you need more control. you should be able to make it from there.
Just found a problem with the craft, the IR rotation infernal robotics parts that connect the motors to the wings have different settings one is set to -2 and the other is set to +2 they both need to be set to +2 for the craft to fly correctly.
