The Kerbal Space Agency’s new insights on how to get things from the ground all the way up to space brought a lot of opportunity to build strange stuff. One intrepid engineer by the name of Robly Kerman suggested, How about we put a ton of fuel around the outside, and our payload on the inside of said ring,
thus giving birth to the LoopLauncher.
A stock rocket called LoopLauncher. Built with 159 of the finest parts, its root part is trussPiece1x.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.12.5.
